Welcome to Casa Angiolina!
Located in the charming centre of Morcote, “Casa Angiolina” is a typical Ticino house, completely furnished with love in the shabby chic style decor. There is a spacious sunny garden where you can spend some time relaxing.
To reach Casa Angiolina you have to walk a road with many steps and cobblestones.
In the accomodation is spread over several floors (without elevator) and there are 5 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Each bedrooms is carefully furnished with love and attention to detail.
Some bedrooms have beautiful lake views across the famous roofs of Morcote. One bedroom has a special view over the “Ticino style” garden and over a charming little vinyard. From another bedroom you can enjoy the view of the majestic and famous church of “Santa Maria del Sasso” of Morcote.
All the bedrooms are equipped with sheets, towels, soap for the bathroom and hairdryer.
In addition, the house has a lovely, fully self contained 2 bedrooms apartment with separate entrance.
There is a living room with sofa bed, a complete kitchen without dishwasher and 1 private bathroom with bathtub. The use of the shared washing machine is on request and for a fee.
Access to the bathroom of the flat is via one of the 2 bedrooms. From the living room it is possible to go directly to the shared terrace and the shared garden.
From the windows of the apartment you can admire the « streccie », the famous streets of Morcote and views to the beautiful little « Piazza Pomée », the smallest square of Morcote. The apartment is equipped of sheets, towels, soap and hairdryer.
In all areas of the house, free Wi-Fi is available.
There is no parking directly outside the house but for fee, there is under cover parking available at the municipal parking lot, about 200 meters from the house.
In the room situated on the ground floor and inside the apartment, you find a compendium with a lot of information regarding excursions, entertainment, restaurants in the area and much more. This information will help to make your stay at Casa Angiolina a pleasant and unforgettable experience.
HOUSE RULES
Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the house.
Organised parties/events are prohibited.
Check-in from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm with Manuela/with an agent or from 7.00 pm to 12.00 pm without Manuela/without an agent. The following morning all the administrative procedures will be carried out by Manuela/by an agent.
Check-out before 10.30 am.
Cancellation Terms
HOUSE
For a total reimbursement of accommodation costs, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the local check-in time (15: 00 / 3pm) on the day of check-in.
For a 50% reimbursement of accommodation costs, he booking must be cancelled by Friday of the previous week, before the local check-in time (no later than 3.00 pm)
In case the guest cancels in less than 7 days before the booking, or if he/she decides to leave for varoius reasons, unused nights will not be reimbursed.

CASA ANGIOLINA
ARRIVING BY BOAT
From the boat arrival in Morcote, cross the road and walk under the covered arcades, keeping the lake on your right side.
At the end of the arcades, before the restaurant “della Torre”, turn left and follow the street “Strecia di Mort”.
To reach Casa Angiolina you have to walk about. 7 - 8 minutes on a road with steps and pebbles. When you arrive at “Piazza Pomée”, ascend on your right into “Strecia dal Porton”.
The sign indicating “Strecia dal Porton”, is positioned on the house CASA ANGIOLINA. Follow the written instructions at the house to the main entrance.
ARRIVING BY POST BUS :
Get off the Post bus at “Piazza Granda” in Morcote and follow under the covered arcades, (keeping the lake on your right side). At the end of the arcades, before the restaurant “della Torre”, turn left follow the street “Strecia di Mort”.

ARRIVING BY CAR :
To reach Casa Angiolina you have to walk about. 7 - 8 minutes on a road with steps and pebbles.
Park at the covered Municipal Car Park “Garavello”, located at the beginning of Morcote, arriving from Melide. Take the elevator to the 7° floor ( Attention: only 1 of the 2 elevators goes up to the seventh floor ). Walk down the street “Sentée da la Vigna”, then turn right into “Sentée da San Rocch”. When you arrive at “Piazza San Rocch”, (the square with the church on your left side), walk across the square, facing away from the church. At the end of the square, turn right into “Strecia di Ort”. At 2 meters from the street “Strecia di Ort” you arrive at a green gate with the sign CASA ANGIOLINA (on your left side).
